Growing up on the beach, it was inevitable that Captain Kelly would become a fisherman. He grew up in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina and fished the Outer Banks his whole life.

As a boy, Captain Kelly fished with his dad and learned the basics. Fishing every spare minute, he learned and remembered all inside tips and tricks.

He has fished these waters long enough to predict the patterns and behaviors of the local fisheries. Captain Kelly has researched to find the ins and outs and of course the "sneaky spots"!
